  • By purchasing Air Ticket, Hotel booking or any other service, you are agreeing to the rules and conditions of airlines, hotels and other service providers. In case of Airline, Hotel and service provider fails to provide service on their part, we will not be held responsible.

  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.

  • We accept cash in all our branches worldwide.

  • We accept payments to our bank accounts worldwide.

Delivery/Shipping/Services Policy:

  • almajlistravel.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Change, Cancellation & Refund Policy:

    • Please note that no change in name on Air ticket, Hotel Booking and any other service will be accepted.

    • All the requests for date change, cancellation or refund must be submitted at least 24 Hours in advance of the schedule service.

    • All the request for refund, date change must be submitted on working day. Our working hours are 08:30 Hrs to 09:30 Hrs UAE time from Monday to Friday except public holidays declared by UAE Government.

    • All the date changes, cancellation and refund requests are accepted as per fare conditions of respected airline, hotel and other supplier of services. These conditions are intimated at the time of booking.

    • If the date change is permitted as per fare conditions, change request will be processed within 24 Hrs of request submission. Any charge, penalty or fare difference will be intimated and on making payment changes will be auctioned.

    • If the ticket, Hotel and any other service is refundable as per fare conditions, refund request will be processed within 24 Hrs of request submission.

    • Processed refund will be remitted to purchaser account within 7 days of the refund process.
